Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Denver
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally according to company policy
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and issues
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Denver metro streets and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
