Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely package delivery across Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures
- Inspect vehicles for safety and report maintenance issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all safety protocols and secure cargo properly
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Columbus area roads and navigation
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
