Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to address delivery challenges and exceptions
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory verification
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient with GPS navigation and smartphone applications
