Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across all NYC boroughs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures using our mobile app
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class E or D driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly

- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
