Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Mesa and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain recipient signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Assist with warehouse duties including loading/unloading and inventory management
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Mesa street grid and Arizona highway systems
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
- Customer-focused communication and problem-solving aptitude
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
