Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Chicago using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures for all orders
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues with diplomacy

Qualifications
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
