Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods on time and in perfect condition
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to maximize delivery speed and fuel economy
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle returns with professionalism
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic signatures through our mobile app system
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize daily operations and resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent commercial driving background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology systems
- Pass background check and drug screening per company policy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available for flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
