Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Tampa Bay
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle cash transactions for COD orders
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to food safety standards for temperature-controlled deliveries
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
