Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated OTR routes (primarily CA/OR/WA)
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Utilize Qualcomm systems for real-time load tracking and communication
- Manage delivery documentation and electronic logging (ELD compliance)
- Maintain clean driving record and professional conduct
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean 3-year MVR
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated lanes
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Western US geography (CA/OR/WA preferred)
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable weather conditions
