Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailer for dedicated regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs (ELD)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent Northern Star Logistics with professional conduct
- Support warehouse operations when in Saint Paul
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong navigation skills and route planning abilities
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays
- Must live within 50 miles of Saint Paul, MN
