Responsibilities
- Operate late-model tractors (2020+) on dedicated regional routes with predictable home time
- Safely transport freight to destinations including Chicago, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient loading/unloading coordination
- Uphall all DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times
- Build long-term relationships with key manufacturing clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and electronic logging
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
