As a Courier Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive their packages safely and on time. We value safety, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Verify the accuracy of deliveries against the delivery manifest and obtain signatures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries regarding delivery status.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and log mileage using handheld devices.
- Load and unload packages efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to lift packages and sit for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of navigation apps and GPS systems.
- Reliable personal vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle).
