Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for long-distance and regional routes
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with precision and proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route conditions and ETAs
- Perform basic preventative maintenance checks and report issues promptly
- Represent our brand with professionalism during customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in variable weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
