Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (26ft-53ft) for local and regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Optimize routes to meet delivery timelines
- Collaborate with dispatch team for load assignments
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage paperwork including bills of lading and invoices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Strong knowledge of Twin Cities metro area
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Must own or finance qualifying box truck
