Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes in Arizona and neighboring states
- Adhere to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company delivery standards
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging systems (ELD)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and coordinate vehicle maintenance
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding shipment status
- Handle documentation including bills of lading and delivery confirmations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and electronic logging systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility for variable schedules including overnight trips
- Must reside within 50 miles of Scottsdale, AZ
