Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team via remote communication apps
- Deliver exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Utilize GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning
- Complete digital paperwork and documentation remotely
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Familiarity with remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, Teams)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and digital literacy skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends
