Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Must have a Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
- Willingness to undergo paid training program if CDL is held.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
