Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial freight vehicles across Albuquerque and surrounding regions
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with basic warehouse operations when needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class A/B preferred but not required)
- No commercial driving experience necessary
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for load documentation
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Willingness to obtain CDL with company sponsorship
- Good communication and customer service skills
