The Role
We are seeking dedicated individuals to operate our fleet and ensure timely delivery of freight across the region.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Load and unload freight accurately and securely using proper equipment.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by DOT regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, traffic signs, and traffic signals.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong communication skills and a professional customer service attitude.
- Willingness to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays if necessary.
