Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided refrigerated/dry vans for freight delivery
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes for on-time deliveries to Bay Area and Central Valley
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance logs
- Communicate with dispatch team using GPS tracking systems
- Handle freight loading/unloading with proper equipment operation
- Maintain clean driving record and safety certifications
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years experience
- Current DOT medical certification
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Familiarity with California highways and delivery zones
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Refrigerated transport experience preferred
- Strong time management and communication skills
