Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using NOLA FlexRides' mobile platform
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle for passenger comfort
- Provide exceptional customer service and local insights to riders
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and earnings
- Adhere to all traffic laws and NOLA FlexRides safety protocols
- Report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Track earnings and expenses through our driver portal
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and clean driving record
- Must own a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer)
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Excellent navigation skills and local knowledge of New Orleans
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- No commercial driving experience required
- Must be 21+ years old
