Responsibilities
- Operate company-owned tractor-trailers for dedicated routes in Louisville region
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining flexible hour preferences
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Ensure cargo security and compliance with DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Utilize advanced routing technology for efficient deliveries
- Participate in continuous safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Strong knowledge of Louisville metro area and surrounding states
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
