Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school on assigned routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Monitor student behavior and ensure orderly conduct
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch
- Complete daily trip logs and incident reports
- Assist students with boarding/exiting and mobility needs
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- School Bus Endorsement and Passenger Transport Certification
- Minimum 1-year driving experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
