Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using the CityRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle in excellent condition
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Report earnings and trip details through the mobile application
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and passenger satisfaction
- Complete vehicle inspections before each shift
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Personal vehicle model 2010 or newer with 4 doors
- Proof of personal auto insurance meeting state requirements
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of St. Louis metropolitan area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
