Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation using personal vehicle (2015+ model required)
- Maintain 4.8+ driver rating through exceptional customer service
- Optimize routes using app navigation to maximize efficiency and earnings
- Complete vehicle inspections and cleanliness checks before each shift
- Adhere strictly to NYC traffic laws and FlexDrive's safety protocols
- Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure passenger safety
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with 2+ years of NYC driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable data connection
- Pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Must own a 4-door sedan in excellent condition (2015+ model year)
