Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to riders using the CityRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Optimize routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service during all rides
- Track earnings and mileage for accurate reporting
- Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections daily
- Adhere to all traffic laws and CityRide policies
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Access to a 4-door vehicle in excellent condition (2010 or newer)
- Clear driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of St. Louis metro area navigation
- Must be 21+ years old
