Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to local destinations using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch via mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address client inquiries
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals
- Handle cash transactions and digital payments accurately
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Memphis streets and surrounding areas
- Reliable smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
- Basic math skills for handling payments and deliveries
