Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in Henderson, NV
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and recipients
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or ability to use company vehicle)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and reliable internet access
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends
- Basic navigation skills and Henderson area knowledge
