Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight within Arizona and neighboring states
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements including early starts and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical loading tasks
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines in flexible environments
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Knowledge of Arizona highway systems and regional routes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
