Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for regional freight delivery
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and proper vehicle documentation
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Handle freight loading/unloading with proper securing protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- 1+ year tractor-trailer experience in flatbed/dry van
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient with ELD technology and route navigation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate loading equipment
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Texas residency and clean background check
