Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, aggregates, and waste to job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting vehicle conditions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for compliance
- Adapt routes based on real-time traffic and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery efficiency
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Assist with basic maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy equipment
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Basic math skills for load calculations and inventory tracking
