Responsibilities
- Operate late-model tractors for dedicated routes across Colorado and neighboring states
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and FMCSA regulations at all times
- Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and electronic logging
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient loading/unloading procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and customer communication
- Maximize route efficiency while respecting flexible scheduling parameters
- Represent our brand with professional conduct at all client locations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with mountain driving conditions and seasonal weather challenges
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Proficiency in electronic logging systems and fleet management software
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holiday coverage
