Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes between Boston and key Northeast destinations
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while utilizing flexible scheduling to optimize personal time
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes within flexible parameters
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of specialized freight
- Represent Pinnacle Transport Solutions with exceptional customer service at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience with dedicated route familiarity
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Strong knowledge of Northeast regional roadways and weather patterns
- Passion for safety compliance and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivation
