Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer units for dedicated freight routes between Boston and regional distribution centers
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining flexible start/end times
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain electronic logs (ELD) compliance
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling throughout transportation process
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and delivery coordination
- Maintain clean driving record and uphold all FMCSA safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holiday coverage
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
