Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for dedicated routes in Colorado and surrounding regions
- Maintain accurate DOT logs and comply with all federal/state regulations
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time delivery of specialized freight
- Build strong relationships with Colorado Springs-based clients
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company standards
- Utilize route optimization tools to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR/dedicated route experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Familiarity with Colorado terrain and weather conditions
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside assessments
