Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated regional routes
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining DOT compliance
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Load/unload cargo with precision using provided equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and mileage records
- Represent Baltimore Logistics Solutions with professional conduct
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong knowledge of regional geography and regulations
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to handle loading/unloading duties
- Excellent time management and communication skills
