Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated routes serving Arizona and neighboring states
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records using our fleet management system
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and troubleshoot delays
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and reliable service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and basic navigation systems
- Physical ability to load/unsecure cargo and perform routine truck inspections
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills in diverse conditions
