Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential/business addresses using company-provided delivery vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records through mobile scanning systems
- Optimize daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during package interactions
- Adhere strictly to Amazon safety protocols and delivery standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route challenges
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Reliable transportation to/from shift start location
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
