Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on designated routes while adhering to DOT regulations
- Efficiently manage loading/unloading procedures and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and resolve delivery inquiries
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes for timely delivery while adapting to traffic conditions and customer requests
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to communicate delivery status and address route challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience with route delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Austin-area streets and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for delivery documentation and inventory control
- Passionate about customer service and safety-first mindset
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
