Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional freight transport
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate electronic logging
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes to meet delivery timelines
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with HOS regulations and electronic logs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
