Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial freight vehicles within Austin metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip for safety compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Handle specialized freight (temperature-controlled, oversized)
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Familiarity with Austin road network and logistics hubs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
