Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight throughout Miami-Dade and South Florida
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Ensure proper loading/unloading of goods with forklift certification
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and document incidents
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Miami metropolitan area
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency
