Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for freight transport across Virginia
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure timely shipments
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles for optimal safety and performance
- Collaborate with logistics team for efficient route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
- Strong knowledge of Virginia roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- DOT medical certification required
