Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently across construction sites and industrial zones
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment techniques
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal route planning
- Perform minor preventative maintenance and report issues
- Maintain clean driving record and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of Hudson County and NYC metro area routes
- DOT medical certification current
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
- Ability to pass background check and physical exam
