Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided dump trucks to transport construction materials and debris to job sites
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all hauls
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Operate GPS systems for optimal route planning and delivery tracking
- Assist in minor equipment troubleshooting and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating dump trucks or heavy haul vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic equipment troubleshooting skills preferred
- Commitment to safety and precision in all operations
