Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials to designated sites
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors to optimize delivery schedules
- Perform basic maintenance checks and report mechanical issues
- Maintain clean vehicles and assist with minor repairs
- Support team loading/unloading operations when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Boston area traffic patterns and delivery routes
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
