Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided dump trucks for material transport (gravel, sand, asphalt)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage loading/unloading operations at construction sites
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Collaborate with dispatchers for efficient route planning
- Represent company professionally at client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Atlanta metro area routes
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physical ability to handle outdoor conditions
