Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials and debris across job sites
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and local traffic laws
- Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure timely material deliveries
- Load/unload materials using proper techniques and equipment
- Document delivery reports and maintain digital fleet records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Louisville metro area roadways
- Experience with construction site safety protocols
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Commercial driving experience in heavy equipment preferred
