Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Charlotte metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using mobile tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time targets
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations including loading/unloading and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and maneuver packages safely
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte area streets and GPS navigation systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B preferred but not required
