- Adapt to dynamic traffic patterns and weather conditions efficiently
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal route planning
Qualifications
- Valid DC driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Proven experience in urban delivery or logistics role
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Professional communication and time management skills
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery apps
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
